5. Trader Joe’s Frozen Meals — Glass Contamination (2026)
In a separate recall, Trader Joe’s pulled several popular frozen Asian meals — including Chicken Fried Rice, Vegetable Fried Rice, Japanese Style Fried Rice, and Chicken Shu Mai dumplings — after customers found small pieces of glass inside their food.
The glass fragments were traced back to a vegetable supplier. Products with best-by dates from February 2026 through February 2027 are affected.
