Step 3: Dispose of It Safely or Return It
You have two options: return the product to the store for a full refund (you usually do NOT need a receipt during a federal recall), or dispose of it at home.
If disposing at home: place the item inside a sealed bag or container so that children, pets, and wildlife cannot access it. Then place it in your outdoor trash.
